Introduction:
 Spinal epidural abscess is a rare neurosurgical emergency that usually seen invasive interventions to the spinal region, trauma or infection. In our case, anteriorly located abscess, which caused by spontaneous esophageal rupture as complication of radiotherapy, described.
 Case report:
